This photo was taken after a car accident on Hamilton Street and Franklin Boulevard. John Young's Chevrolet is in front. You can see obvious damage to the passenger side rear wheelwell There appears to be a dent in the passenger side door as well. There is no visible damage to the rear car. John's car also has a sticker in the lower righthand side of his windshielf that shows a man doing a high kick. Telephone poles, trees and a house are visible in the background.
Elton wrote "DeRoussey Lane" on the negative sleeve which is DeRussy's Ln or DeRussey's Ln which officially became Franklin Blvd in July of 1927. The change was made due to the notoriety of the Hall-Mills murder case earlier in the decade.
