Description U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Alan T. Wade (Allen T. Wade) [left] standing in his U.S. Air Force uniform wearing the sterling silver insignia of an Air Force Pilot.

George (right) is wearing his U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class uniform. The insignia on his left sleeve under the eagle means he is an Aviation Machinist's Mate. There are combat ribbons on his left upper chest and an insignia on his right shoulder that can't be made out in this photo.

There is a house, car and trees in the background. It is unknown at what point during WWII this photo was taken.
